Need care right now? Speak with a Thyme Care nurse practitioner through a virtual visit. You’ll be able to video chat from a mobile device or computer for help with non-emergency health concerns.

Clinical support anytime

Receive medical assistance for any medical questions or concerns you may have. You can get advice on symptoms, test results, medications, and more.

Support beyond the clinic

Get connected to the support and services you need. These may include financial help, in-home care, or food assistance.

Maintain independence

Get access to resources that help you stay active and safe. The right equipment could bea cane, walker, or rollator.

What to expect during your Wellness Visit:

Your Welcome Visit gives you 30 minutes with a doctor or nurse practitioner to discuss your needs and create a personalized plan.

We'll discuss: 

  • Your medical history
  • Cancer symptoms
  • Chemotherapy and other medications you may be taking
  • Prescriptions refills you may need for some medications
  • Resources like in-home medical equipment
  • And more

Frequently Asked Questions

Who can join Thyme Care?

We work with individuals who have cancer or a concern for cancer and are members of select Clover Health plans.  Sign up online or call us at 201-526-8484. 

How much does Thyme Care cost?

Thyme Care services are available at no cost to eligible individuals insured with Clover Health. There is no insurance reimbursement needed for Thyme Care’s services. Your medical plan, costs, and coverage are not affected by participation in Thyme Care.

 

 

Does Thyme Care replace my other doctors?

No, Thyme Care does not replace your existing doctors and specialists. Instead, we coordinate with them and advocate for your wants and needs. 

 

 

Can my caregiver, family, or loved ones contact Thyme Care on my behalf?

Yes, Thyme Care is here for you and your caregivers to make sure you get the support you need. With your consent, our Care Team may share information with family, caregivers, doctors, or other providers in order to arrange care. You can review our Privacy Policy here.
